We practice multi-joint exercises, which aim to activate a larger number of muscle groups, strong engagement of the Core muscles, development of muscle endurance, improvement of overall fitness and huge caloric consumption. The variety of implemented contents in training is guaranteed by the choice and quantity of available props. The constant presence of 2 trainers ensures a focus on form and movement control.
In addition to our own body weight in training, we dominantly use screws, rigs, bars, bumpers, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls, battle ropes, rowers...
The work method is suitable and effective for all levels of training.
